The National Environmental Modeling and Analysis Center (NEMAC) approaches today's fundamental environmental challenges from a multidisciplinary view, which we believe will allow us to gain valuable insights, not previously possible. In addition to using multidisciplinary strategies, we also form diverse collaborations from the academic community, along with the government and private enterprise. We are looking at problems that have not been solved by a single group, but by bringing together the strength of a group of partners we are able to address both the intellectual and societal environmental challenges of our day. NEMAC is driven by ideas and our ability to develop synergies among the individuals and organizational groups associated with NEMAC.
