Camp Blue Star, one of the biggest and first Jewish camp in the South (founded in 1948), could still use some counselors. Congregation Beth Israel

is looking for college students who would be interested in leading and/or helping out in a junior congregation two Shabbatot a month. It is expected to run from 10:30-noon, the 2nd and 4th Shabbatot of each month. They are offering a very reasonable monetary compensation. The kids will be ages 6-12, and may be split into two groups for part of the program. There will be an interactive service component and a second component that might involve bibliodrama or the like. At any point in time there will be at least two or three adults present with the children. Materials and instruction will be provided. If you are interested please contact Rabbi Cabelli
